Endless Games

Detta är Camilla Söderbergs första CD helt ägnad hennes elektroaktustiska musik. Camilla är född i Sverige men uppvuxen i Österrike. Efter studier i blockflöjt och elektroakustisk musik i Basel och Wien bodde hon på Island 1980-2003 och hade samtidigt en framgångsrik internationell solokarriär som blockflöjtist. 2003 flyttade hon till Sverige och fortsatte sin studier i elektroaktustisk komposition för Kent Olofsson. Hon vann 2:a pris - "Recommended" - för "Born to Loneliness" vid den 11:e International Rostrum of Electroacoustic Music i Lissabon 2007.
Medverkar gör även saxofonisten Johannes Thorell (dBCD138, dBCD150) och pianisten Magnus Sköld.


This is Camilla Söderberg's first CD with 100% focus on her electroacoustic music. Söderberg was born in Sweden but brought up in Austria. After recorder and electroacoustic studies in Vienna and Basel she lived in Iceland in 1980-2003. At the same time she performed internationally as a recorder soloist. In 2003, Camilla moved to Sweden where she studied electroacoustic composition with Kent Olofsson. She received the 2nd prize ”Recommended” for her composition "Born to Loneliness" at the 11th International Rostrum of Electroacoustic Music in Lisbon 2007.
