Amanda Maier (1853-1894) and Julius Röntgen (1855-1932) was a couple in music and love. This is the world premiere recordings of Amanda Maier's preludes, Julius Röntgen's piano suite "Julklapp" (Christmas Gift), and the piano suite "Zwiegespräche" (Dialogues) that they composed together. In addition, you also get Röntgen's brilliant variation works "Neckens Polska", dedicated to his future bride. Charming, beautiful and highly romantic piano music at its best, performed by one of Sweden's most outstanding pianists, Bengt Forsberg.
